Treat yourself to some of Felix’s Famous Cookies - A Yummy Tradition. While the cookies are baking, combine the sugar and ground cinnamon for the topping in a shallow bowl. Roll to a thickness (6mm.) Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden. On a floured surface, roll out the dough and cut into 2 (5cm) wide shapes. Each order is carefully packed and sent to you so that you can enjoy them as soon as possible. The dough should have a smooth surface, but not be too firm. We do not add any preservatives and they are egg and dairy free. Our cookies are made by hand using only quality ingredients. The cookies are delicate and will melt in your mouth! They are covered with a fresh ground cinnamon-sugar mix or powdered sugar. Commonly called “pan de polvo” or "polvorones," these cookies are a family tradition and are truly the flakiest, tastiest cookie ever!
